Masale khano he ko zaiqadar nahi banate, in se zindagi bhi pur lutf ban jati hai. Khulot kadde aabad aur khushgawar ho jate hain. Turmeric Powder ( Haldi ):

Coriander Powder ( Dhanniya ) :

Cinnamon Stick ( Daarchini ) :

Cardamom ( Elaichi ) :

Is ke ilawa pani mein mint, kapor kachri ke sath elaichi ko josh de kar peene se matli, qey aur pait ki kharabi ka maussir ilaaj ho jata hai.

Curry Leaves ( Kari Patta ) :


Kari patta khane se cholesterol aur weight mein kami ho jati hai. Is ka istemal diabetes ke liye bhi mufeed sabit hota hai. Yeh inkeshaf Chicago University America ne kiya hai.

Curry Powder of Srilanka


1.    Dhanniya sabit, 50 gram.

2.    Safaid zeera, 25 gram.

3.    Soya Seeds, 1 tea spoon - 5 gram.

4.    Methi dana, as above.

5.    Cinnamon Stick, 10 gram.

6.    Clove, 5 gram.

7.    Choti ilaichi, 5 gram.

8.    Dry curry leaves, 10 gram.

9.    Pisi hui red chili, 2 tea spoon.

10.    Salt, 2 tea spoon.

Cinnamon stick aur mirch powder ke ilawa tamam chezen halki aag par bhoon kar safoof bana len. Is mein daar chini ko koot kar mila len. Aakhir mein surkh mirch aur namak mila kar bottle mein mehfooz rakhen.

Ise salan, daal waghera ki tayyari mein gosht, murghi, machli waghera bhonte waqt hasb e zaiqa shamil karen.
