Dalchini Ke Fawaid:

 

Dalchini   aik darakht ki khushbodar chaal hai, Dalchini ka rang surkhi maiyl, zaiqa tez o sheeren, mizaaj garam o khushk, miqdar o khuraak aik ta 2 masha.

 

Darchini  Afa’al o Istemal : Is ki taseer masal qaranfal ke hoti hai, chunke is mein kisi qadar tannic acid bhi hota hai. Is liye yeh qabiz taseer rakhti hai. Sadda kholti hai. Mafrah hai aur maqwi hone ki wajah se maajono mein shamil karte hain. khansi aur asthma ke liye honey mein mila kar chatate hain.

 

Sardi ki wajah se peshaab bar bar aata ho to Dalchini  ka safoof 2 masha hamrah doodh khilana mufeed hai. Cinnamon stick ka roghan sard bemariyon aur sir dardon ke liye mufeed hai.

 

Dalchini  2 tola, bach 1 tola, hararh kabuli 1 tola, misri 2 tola. In sab cheezon ko bareek pees kar safoof kar len. Aik masha se 3 masha tak subha o sham pani ke sath istemal Karen. Haafza ki taqwiyat ke liye Benazir hai.

 

Dalchini  6 masha, maghaz ilaichi choti 1 tola, peli 2 tola, taba sheer 4 tola, misri koza 8 tola, bareek pees kar safoof karen. Aik masha hamrah sharbat nelofer ya sadah pani, din mein 2, 3 bar istemal karae. Badhazmi aur daq o silk e liye mufeed hai. Darchini  2 ratti, kath’tha 2 ratti, motions ko band karne ke liye din mein 4 baar den.
