Khashkhas (Poppy Seed)

Khas khas ke paode ke andar se jo nihayat bareek gol beej (seed) nikalte hain, in ko khashkhash kehte hain. Khashkhash ko English mein poppy kehte hain. Safaid aur siyah 2 qisam ke hote hain. Lekin safaid ziyada mustamil hain. Zaiqa pheeka. Qadrey sheeren. Mizaj sard darja doam, tar darja awwal. Miqdar o khuraak. Aik masha ya 3 masha.

Afa’aal o Istemal : Qabiz, mehzar o manoom. Mubarrid aur nafey sa’aal hai. Aazaa koshal aur sust karti hai. Neend lati hai. Patle mawad ko pukhta karti hai. Seene o halaq ki khushki zaiyl karti hai. Is ka hareera nashasta aur maghaz badaam ke sath maqwi dimagh wabah hai. Peshani aur kanpatiyon par is ka zamaad lagana be khuwabi ko door karta hai. Mohzir hone ki wajah se takhum khashkhash aik tola bakri ke doodh baqadar hajat mein pees kar garam kar ke naqras ke dard par lagana mufeed hai. Khashkhash mein se aik meetha oil nikalta hai.

Khas Khas Ke Fayde:

Poppy ko pani mein pees kar peshani par lagane se garmi se hone wala sir dard khatam ho jata hai.

 

Takhum khashkhash mashey, maghaz badaam sheeren 7 adad ko pani mein pees chaan kar peene se dimagh ko quwwat hasil hoti hai aur khushki door ho jati hai. Neend achi aati hai.

 

Takhum khashkhash aur bhung ko pani mein pees kar hath ki hatheliyon aur paaon ke talqon par lagane se neend aa jati hai.

 

Takhum khashkhash ko pani mein pees kar lemon juice mila kar badan par maalish karne se sookhi khujli door ho jati hai.

 

Poast khashkhash neend lata aur dard mein taskeen deta hai aur qabz paida karta hai. In faidon ke liye yeh mukhtalif tariqon se istemal kiya jata hai. Bekhuwabi aur pagalpan mein poast khashkhash 3 mashey, maghaz badaam sheeren 5 daney, maghaz kaddo 3 mashey ko pani mein pees chaan kar pilana faidemand hai.

Aankh, kaan ke dard ko taskeen dene ke liye bhi is ke joshanda se bhapara dete aur senkte hain.

Nazla, khansi aur zukaam mein poast khashkhash 3 mashey aur thora namak pani mein josh de kar chaan kar pilana mufeed hai.

Poast khashkhash 3 mashey, kali mirch 5 daney pani mein josh de kar pilane se baari ka bukhar ruk jata hai. Khuwa wo tayyar ho ya chohtiya.

Poast khashkhash, saunf aur choti harh teeno baraber wazan le kar thore cow ke ghee se charb kar ke tawe par bhone, itna ke jalne na pae. Is ke bad bareek pees kar rakhen. Yeh safoof daston ko rokta hai. Jo maide ki kamzori se aate hon. 6 – 6 mashey yeh safoof subha o sham taza pani se khaey.

Yeh sharbat aik aik tola din mein 3, 4 baar chatae ya pani mein mila kar subha o shaam pilae, garam nazla aur khansi mein bohat mufeed hai.
