Bawaseer (Piles) ka marz Pakistan mein aam hain. Barwaqt tawajja na dene aur totke karne se aksar patient marz ko pechida kar lete hain. Yahan tak ke muamla amal jarahi tak ja pohanchta hai. Agar barwaqt ilaj muaalja kiya jae aur hifazati tadabeer o aehtiyatein ikhteyar kar li hae to marz par aasani se qaboo paya ja sakta hai.

Bawaseer (Piles) ki 2 iqsaam hain. Bawaseer khooni aur bawaseer baadi, pehli qisam mein khoon aata hai. Jab ke sani ul zikar mein khoon nahi aata, jab ke baqi alamaat aik jaisi hoti hain.


Piles kis tarah hota hai ???

Gardish e khoon ke nizaam mein dil se aur lungs se taza khoon arteries ke zariye jism ke tamam aazaa ko milta hai. Is ke sath oxygen farahum hoti hai. In hisson se carbon dioxide wala khoon wapis heart aur lungs tak veins ke zariye pohanchta hai. Maqad mein khas qisam ki veins mein rukawat ya valve na hone ki wajah se in veins mein khoon ke jama ho jane se sozish paida ho jati hai. Jo piles kehlati hai. Is tarah yeh marz lahaq ho jata hai aur munasib tadabeer na ki jae to veins is qadar kamzor ho jati hain ke thori si ragarh se bhi phat kar khoon kharij karne lagti hain. Maqad ke oper wale hisse ke androni hisse mein khas qisam ke khuliyon ki chadar hoti hai. Jis mein dard mehsoos nahi hota, jab ke maqad ka nichla hissa jild ka hota hai. Jis mein dard mehsoos karne wale khuliye hote hain. Maqad mein barhi aur choti veins ke pholne se masse ubhar aate hain. Piles ke 3 chote aur 3 barhe masse ( Mohke ) hote hain.


Causes of Piles : Amoman yeh marz maurosi hota hai. Mustaqil qabz ka rehna bhi is ka aeham sabab hota hai. Khuwateen mein dauran e hamal aksar qabz ka aarza ho jata hai. Is ke ilawa maqad ke pathon mein khichao, garam ashiya, masalon ka bakasrat istemal, khushk mewajat ki ziyadti, ghiza mein fiber ki kami se bhi maqad mein dabao barh kar veins mein sozish paida ho jati hai. Jo log din bhar mein beth kar kaam karte aur qabz ka shikar ho jate hain, wo bhi amoman piles ke marz mein mubtila ho sakte hain.

Symptoms of Piles : Maqad mein kharish, ratobat ka ikhraj aur dard ka hona sakht ijabat ka shaded takleef se aana, rafa hajat ke dauran ya bad mein khoon ka risna, qabz ki soorat mein takleef mein izafa aur maqad par gahey masson ka numayan hona shamil hai. Massey baaz dafa bahar nahi aate, sirf andar hote hain. Baaz patients mein rafa hajat ka waqt yeh bahar aa jate hain. Jis se dard, jalan barh jati hai. Phir yeh khus andar chale jate hain ya andar kar diye jate hain. Baaz logon mein kabhi yeh bahar he rehte hain aur kisi tarah bhi andar nahi jate aur shaded aziyat ka sabab bante hain.


Piles Cure In Urdu ( Bawaseer Ka Ilaj) : Tib e mashriq ka usool ye hai ke asbaab marz par tawajja di jae. Amoman yeh marz daymi qabz ke baiys hota hai. Lehaza awwal qabz ko door kia jae. Dekha gaya hai ke qabz na hone se patient ko aadha afaqa ho jata hai. Darj zail nuskha mufeed o maussir hota hai. Subha nehar mou hub bawaseer khooni 2 adad taza pani se khae aur agar khoon na aata ho to phir hub bawaseer baadi 2 adad pani se khae.

Bad ghiza dopehar o sham humdard ki nemo tab 2 adad aur raat sone se qabal andmali aik adad, us par darj tarkeen ke mutabiq istemal Karen. Yeh nuskha mamoolat matab humdard mein shamil hai aur bohat maussir sabit hua hai.

Avoid Foods : Bawaseer (Piles) mein parhez o ghiza ko barhi aehmiyat hasil hai.

*Barhe Janwar ka gosht, ziyada chawal, masale, fried chezon se mukammal aehtiyat karen.

*Garam ashiya, egg, fish, murgh, karahi gosht aur tikke na khae jae. In ke khane se khoon aa jata hai.

*Fiber ka istemal ziyada se ziyada kiya jae. Fiber fruits aur sabziyon ke ziyada istemal se mil sakta hai. Is tarah qabz nahi hoga aur piles mein afaqa hoga.

*Pani ka istemal ziyada kia jae.

*Fruits ka juice bhi munasib hai.
