Backache (Kamar Ka Dard)

Bottom backache is a very common disease. Mostly women face this backache more than men. Joints pain, constipation, fever, pregnancy, menstrual periods, dysentery, fibroid, lack of calcium, they all are the main causes of backache. The common causes of backache that out sitting, standing, laying and back movements of body, wear high heels. We should do exercise daily and correct uses of body movements for backache. We should take calcium foods and drink milk daily for fitness of joints. We can take temporary physiotherapy if we need according to the physiotherapist. Nichli kamar ka dard khasa aam hai. Mareez kamar aur kohlon par hath rakhe hue nazar aata hai, lekin mardon ke muqabley mein aurtein is ka ziada nishana banti hain. Ek to ba bar ke hamal se kamzor ho jati hain. Dosre inhe is ke barey mein ziada maloomat bhi hasil nahi hoti.

Causes of Backache

 

Backache ke Asbaab ki 2 Qismein Hain.

 
First Kind of Causes :


 
1. Joints ki takleef. Jis mareez ya mareeza ko joints ke dard ki shikayat ho, us ko dard e qamar ke sath joints ka dard bhi hota hai. Is soorat mein mareez ko halka bukhar ya khansi bhi hoti hai. Is ka dard har waqt rehta hai.

 
2. Shadeed qabz ke sath aksar kamar mein dard ki shikayat rehti hai.

 
3. Pregnancy ke dauran pait mein bache ki wajah se kamar ke bandhon par zor parhta hai. Bar bar pregnant hone ki wajah se reham ki gird ke bandhan kamzor parh jate hain. Thora saw azan ya bojh parhe to kamar mein dard hone lagta hai.

 
4. Fibroid ( rasoli ) agar nichle shikam mein kisi jagah rasoli ho to dard kamar ho jata hai. Is ki alamaat yeh hain.

 
i. Menstrual periods ke dauran ya twin menstrual period ya menstrual period na hone aur sanyaas shuru hone par bohat ziyada khoon ka kharij hona.

 
ii. Potty mein khoon aana ( dysentery problem ).

 
iii. Weight loss, bhook ka mar jana aur khoon ki kami ( Anemia ).

 
iv. Nichle shikam mein dard.

 
v. Calcium ki kami khaas taur par sanyaas shuru hone ke bad.

 
Second Kind of Cause :

 
Ye qisam aam asbaab se talluq rakhti hai.
1. Knee or back ke sahare ke bagher ya aage ko ho kar jhuk ke bethne se.

 
2. Ghalat tariqey se exercise karne se.

 
3. Heavy weight uthane se, khaas taur par ghalat tariqey se yani weight ko 2 hathon ke bajae ek he hath se rakhna.

 
4. Loose bed par ya gehri cheez jis par gadda ho, us par sona thek  nhi kamar ke liye.

 
5. High heels pehanna bhi nuqsan dey hai kamar ke dard ke liye.

 
Precautions :

 
Agar dard kamar ka sabab maloom ho jar aur is ka talluq pehli qisam se ho to Doctor se advise leni chahiye.
Agar is ka talluq dosri qisam se ho to aarzi taur par dard ke liye koi pain killer istemal karen, lekin mustaqil ilaaj ke liye in precautions yani tadabeer par amal karen.

 
i. Ek he position mein ziada dair tak behtne se parhaiz karen.

 
ii. Kama ke piche koi sahara ya aisa pillow rakh ke bethe jo kea p ko aram dey ehsaas de.

 
iii. Jo khuwateen ziada dair tak Jah e Namaz par bethi rehti hai, unhe koi pillow ya cushion kamar ke piche rakh kar bethna chahiye. 

 
iv. Jin chairs ki pusht bilkul seedhi ho, un ke bajae wo chairs use karen, jin ki pusht mein kham ho.

 
v. Jhuk kar zameen se koi cheez na uthae, pehle zameen par bethe, phir uthae. Yehi behtar tariqa hai.

 
vi. Jis bad par bethe, wo daba hua nahi hona chahiye, bal ke hard hona chahiye.

 
vii. Jis exercise se dard e kamar shuru ho jata hai, wo na karen.

 
viii. Musalsal kamar mein dard ho to us ke liye, farsh par soey ya bister par koi takhta rakh kar soey.

 
ix. Jin khuwateen ka menopause ( sanyaas ) shuru ho chuka ho, calcium ziada istemal karen aur rozana dodh ko ghiza mein shamil karen.

 
Exercises for Back :

 
Jin patients ki kamar sakht ho to physiotherapist se advise kar ke aarzi taur par physiotherapy karae. Wo infra red rays se bhi ilaaj karte hain aur makhsoos qisam ki exercises bhi karwate hain.

 
Is ke ilawa mundarja zail warzishein dard e kamar ke liye mufeed hain aur ba aasani ghar par ki ja sakti hai.

 
1. Seedhe khare hon ya lait jae aur gehre saans len. Is se badan ko araam milega.

 
2. Pait ke bal leten. Taangein seedhi kar ke aur dono hath face ke niche. Sir ko 2 se 3 baar zameen se oper ki taraf uthae.

 
3. Sir ke sath shoulders ko bhi uthae.

 
4. Hathon ka sahara lete hue, pait ko zameen se laga rehne den aur sir aur seene ko zameen se 2, 3 baar uthae.

 
5. Apne jism ko phir se exercise no.2 ki taraf laae. Sir ko zameen par rakhen. Ab hips ke joints se apni leg ko itna ooncha uthae jitna ke ap utha sakte hain. Phir dosri leg ko bhi same direction mein uthae. Is amal ko chand baar repeat karen.

 
6. Apne ek knee yani ghutne ko hath se pakre hue kamar ke bal lait jae. Knee ko pait ki taraf laae. Kuch dair is jagah rakhen. Yehi exercise dosre knee se bhi karen.

 
7. In tamam exercises ke bad pehli exercise ( Deep breathing aur relaxing ) karen.

 
Exercises ke is nizaam se batadreej kamar mein mazbooti aaegi. Naiz is se susti door hogi. Jism mein khoon daurega aur aap apne aap ko halka mehsoos karenge. INSHA’ALLAH rozana ke kamar ke dard se chutkara mil jaega.
