The pain of kidney is very harmful for us. It is very intolerable pain, when we have stones in our kidney. When this stones exit from the kidney, after then we feel like very relaxing. This stones is very small or like almond size. Small stones exit from uterus with urine. Big stones stuck in small intestine, so it is cause of kidney pain. Mostly this problem faced with male person. Don’t use those things which are creating stones in our kidney, please avoid those things. We should use 8 glass of water daily.  Kidney Stones In Urdu (Gurde Ki Pathri)

 
Gurde Ki Pathri (Kidney stones) se naqabil e bardasht dard aur takleef hoti hai. Baaz log bataur mazaq ise zachgi ke dard jaisi takleef qarar dete hain. Baqaul in ke qudrat mardon ko is dard ke zariye yaad dilati hai ke wo is takleef ko mehsoos karen jo hamla khwateen (pregnant women) har waza hamal ke waqt bardasht karti hain.

Dard ka sabab banne wale stone ke kharij ho jane par jo sukoon aur rahat milti hai, wo is takleef se guzarne wale he jante hain.
Yeh stones darasal mukhtalif maadni ashiya ke wo bareek zarre hote hain, jo dheere dheere kidneys mein jama ho kar stones ki shakal ikhteyar kar lete hain. Yeh nihayat bareek se le kar badaam ke barabar size ke bhi hote hain. Bareek ya chote stones uterus ke raaste urine ke sath kharij bhi ho jate hain. Jinhe hum bias auqat mehsoos bhi nahi karte. Barhe stones urine ki naali mein phans jate hain. Inhe urine Gurde (kidney) se uterus tak baha kar nahi le jata. Bachao Ki Tadabeer : Jaisa ke aap parh chuke hain. Gurde (Kidney) ke stone ka dard hospital ka rukh karne par majboor kar deta hai. Is ka dard na qabil e bardasht hota hai aur hona bhi chahiye. Gosht (Meat) : Meat zaiyada khane se Gurde (kidneys) mein calcium ke sakht ho kar stones banne ke imkanaat barh jate hain. Is liye agar aap mein yeh rujhan maujood ho to yeh bohat zarori hai ke ghiza mein gosht ka istemal kam kar diya jae.

Namak (Salt) : Meat ki tarah salt ziyada khane se bhi stones banne ka imkaan barh jata hai. Is liye kam se kam salt khaeye aur khas taur par pake hue khano mein namak ka izafa karne ki aadat tark kar dijiye. Isi tarah namkeen ashiya, maslan chatpate kabab, aalo ke chips aur namak laga khushk gosht, machli waghera kam se kam khae.

Roghani Chizain (Oily Things) : Ghiza mein shamil roghani ajzaa ke aanton mein mukammal taur par absorb na hone ki soorat mein yeh fats calcium ke sath shamil ho jati hain. Is liye yeh bohat zarori hai ke ghiza mein roghni ashiya kam istemal ki jae.

Is ke ilawa hawa mein name ziyada ho to is ki wajah se bhi, chunk e pasina ziyada aata hai. Is liye jism mein pani ki miqdar kam ho jane se stones banne ka imkaan barh jata hai. Pakistan mein Baluchistan aur Tharparkar jaise ilaqon mein pathri ki shikayat aam hai. Is ki bunyadi wajah saaf aur meethe pani ki kami hai. Is silsile mein zarori hai ke jab bhi aise ilaqon mein qiyam zarori ho to wahan ke pani mein namkiyat ke tanasub ka test zaror karwa liya jae aur ziyada urine lane wali sabziyan, maslan kheera, kakri aur phalon mein tarboz, kharboze waghera ziyada khae jae. Tharparkar mein aik qisam ki daal ki kaasht hoti hai, jise kalthi kehte hain. Is ke istemal se bhi urine khul kar aata hai. Ise Gurde (kidneys) se pathri (stones) kharij karne ke liye medicines mein bhi shamil karte hain.

Caffeine : Experts ki raae mein caffeine se urine mein calcium ki miqdar barh jati hai aur yehi zaiyd calcium kidneys mein stone ki shakal ikhteyar kar leta hai.
