Water is essential for our body and life. It saves us from dehydration. Water get maintain the temperature of our body. We should take 8 glass of water in a day. If we have lack of water in body, so we face the problem of dehydration. Water protects our lungs and air pump tube from infection and controls high blood pressure. Water attempts a major role of absorption and digestion of food. We should take water after 2 hours of food. Water washes our cells of body. It is very healthy and beneficial for constipation problem, skin problem and kidneys infection. A main quality of water, that is absorbs the calories. Pani ke fawaid in Urdu:


Har shey paani ki wajah se zinda hai.  Zindagi wohi panapti hai, jahan pani hota hai. Khud paani aik zinda shey hai. Yeh gungunata hai, yeh harkat karta hai aur ruke jab to sil cheer deta hai. Yeh saaf shaffaf nikhra pani insaan ko qudrat ki ata karda aik azeem naimat hai. Isi liye Islam mein pani ke be jaa kharch se mana kiya gaya hai. Ise aalodah karne se roka gaya hai. Logon aur hewano ki is ki farahmi yaqeeni banane ko sadqa e jariya qarar diya gaya hai.
