Abhi jarhe nahi aae, lekin is mausam ke khas tar sadah phal bazaar mein nazar aane lage hain. Is mein aik aeham phal grape fruit hai. Is ki afadiyat aur sehat afzaa salahiyat ki duniya qaiyl hai. Grape fruit ki sab se aeham khasiyat mutapa kam karna hai. Aadhe grape fruit mein baaz aise enzymes hote hain, jo jism mein nashaste aur fats ke zakhire ya jama hone ke amal mein barha aeham kirdar ada karte hain.
