Persian language mein khubani husun aur khobsurat ke maeyne mein mushtamil hai aur yahin se andaza hota hai ke Country Pharos mein apricot ka kya maqam hai. Kisi zamane mein Country pharos ki hudood bohat wasee thin aur jahan jahan tak is ki hudood thin wahan khubani ab bhi bohtaat se hai, bal ke in hudood se mulhaqa ilaqajaat bhi ALLAH PAK ki is meharbani se malamaal hain. Apricot Benefits In Urdu ( Khubani Ke Fawaid):


Apricot ka mizaaj garam o khushk hai is ke istemal se badan mein safra paida hota hai, is tarah yeh ma’adil sauda hai.

Digestion :


Khubani ka use nizaam e hazam par bohat acha asar murattab karta hai. Is ke khane se jism mein tawanai aur taazgi ka ehsaas hota hai. Jismani kamzori door karne ke liye yeh bachon se le kar borhon tak mardon aur aurton dono ko istemal karwai ja sakti hai. Baaz logon ka nizaam e hazam kamzor hone ki wajah se inhe kae dakaren aati hain ya seene mein jalan hoti rehti hai. Is ke liye 5 se 21 daney khubani subha nashte mein khane ke bad oper se lassi pee li jae to nizaam e hazam durust rehta hai, seene ki jalan khatam ho jati hai aur chand roze musalsal istemal karne se qabz bhi door ho jata hai. Breakfast mein apricot istemal karne se jism mein sara din tawanai mehsoos hoti hai.

Pait ke Keede :


Pait ke keede door karne ke liye khubani behtareen dawa hai. Is maqsad ke liye 2 se 5 chitank khushk khubani green tea ke sath nashta mein khane se chand roz mein keedre kharij hote hain. Is ke ilawa qabz ki shikayat bhi khatam ho jati hai.

Saaf Suthri Skin ke liye :


 Baaz afraad ke khoon mein acidity maddey ziyada jamaa ho jate hain, jis ki wajah se phorey phunsiyan aur jildi amraaz pareshan karne lagte hain. Is shikayat se nijaat hasil karne ke liye 3 chitank khubani aur 30 gram unnaab raat ko aadh sair pani mein bhigo den aur subha inhe dono hathon se mil kar pani kisi bareek kaprhe se chaan len aur is mein thori si sugar mila kar neharmou pee jaey. Is ke kuch dair bad nashta kar len. Chand din yeh nuskha istemal karne se khoon se acidity maddey kharij ho jaenge aur jild saaf suthri ho jaegi.

Bhook ki Kami :


Baaz log bawajood sehatmand hone ke bhook ki kami ki shikayat karte hain aur in ka maida bhari bhari mehsoos hota hai aur pait phola rehta hai. Inhe fresh ya dry apricot daily taqriban 1 pao khani chahiye aur is ke sath sath taqriban 20 gram saunf bhi daily use karni chahiye. Is mamooli nuskhe ki badaulat chand dino mein pait ka bojh kam ho jaega aur bhook khoob khul kar lagegi.

Jismani Kamzori :


 Bemari se uthne ke bad mareez ke jism mein tawanai ki kami hoti hai aur sir chakrata rehta hai. Ghiza ki taraf raghbat nahi hoti aur badan mein nidhaalpan ki kefiyat taari rehti hai.inhe umer ke mutabiq 7 se 21 apricots taqriban 1 pao doodh mein dheemi aag par paka kar thick kar lena chahiye. Is garam doodh mein 3 choti ilaichiyon ke daney mila den aur hasb e zaiqa sugar mila kar subha neharmou yeh nashta karen. Yeh mazedar nashta tawanai bakhsh hota hai aur jismani kamzori door kar deta hai.

Maghaz Khubani :


 Khubani ki giri mein protein, fiber component, phosphorus aur vitamin B ke murakkab ke ilawa roghni madda bhi kafi miqdar mein hota hai. Khubani ka maghaz qabz door kar deta hai aur khoon ko saaf rakhta hai.

Aakhir mein is baat pe dehaan zaroor diyega ke khubani khane ke bad oper se sard pani peena ya bad hazmi ki halat mein khubaniyan kha lena maidey aur intestines ke liye muzir hai. Apricot lateef ghiza hai jo tezi se hazam hoti hai, lekin is ke oper se agar koi dair hazam ghiza khali jae ya koi tursh chez istemal kar li jae to nizam hazam mutassir ho sakta hai. Aesi soorat mein ajwain ka istemal mufeed hota hai aur muzir asraat ko khatam karta hai.
