Chuara Ka Fayde:

Chuara yani dry dates mashoor bhi ha aur aam bhi. Chuhare ke darakht par phal aane se pehle koi phool hota hai, use Persian mein kashan khurma ya bahar farma aur Arabic mein talaa kehte hain.

 

Chuara ka color surkh, zaiqa shereen, mizaj garam darja doam aur tar darja awwal. Miqdar khuraak 5 adad se 7 adad tak. Maqam e paidaish sindh aur maghrabi Punjab, khusosan zila multan. ( Misar aur Arab ).

Afa’aal o Istemal :

Mauled khoon saleh, kaseer ul ghiza aur badan mota karta hai. Maqwi baah hai. Kamar aur kidney ko taqat deta hai. Is ka famous murakkab majoon aaro khurma hai. Dry dates ko gond bataur amraaz aazaa e tanasul o bol mein mustamil hai.

 

Chuare ki guthli arq mein ghis kar ghaanji par lagate hain. Nez guthliyon ko bhoon kar pees kar masal kar kafi istemal karte hain.

 

Chuara bohat meetha khush maza hota hai. Badan ko ghizaeyat deta aur taqat bakhshta hai.

 

5 motey chuharon ko doodh mein josh den. Jab wo naram ho jae to aag se utar len. Chuaron ko khae aur doodh mein honey mila kar piyen. Is ke chand roz ke istemal se badan mein quwwat paida ho gi aur quwwat e baah barhegi.

 

Chuara aur ginger thora thora paan mein rakh kar khane se balghmai khansi aur asthma mein faida pohanchta hai.

 

Chuara sardiyon mein sard mizajon ke liye mufeed hai. Kaseer ul ghiza hai. Khoon saleh magar garha khoon paida karta hai. Maqwi badan hai.

 

Balghami aur sard amraaz mein aur dard e kamar, laqwa aur falij mein mufeed hai.

 

Chuara joints ki sakhti ko door karta hai aur rice ke hamrah paka kar khana jism ko barhane aur mota karne mein asar rakhta hai. Lekin constipation aur uphara paida karta hai. Dair hazam hai.

 

Chest, lungs ko sputum se paak karta hai. Aik waqt mein 5 ya 7 se ziyada na khaey.
