Vitamin A, B, P aur C ka yeh khazana hai. Aloo Bukhara (damsons) ka mizaaj sard aur tar hai aur maidey ki acidity door karne mein yeh lajawab phal hai. Jo 2, 3 ghanton mein hazam ho jata hai. Aik pao aloo bukhare (damsons) mein 2 chapatiyon ke baraber ghizaeyat aur derh pao doodh ke baraber calcium hota hai. Garam tabiyat walon, dimaghi kaam karne walon, bemari se uthe hue aur pregnant aurton ke liye is se behtar koi ghiza nahi. Yeh maide ki sakhti, jalan aur uphara door karti hai. Jis mein sirf khushk aloo Bukhara 7 se 21 dana aur imli 3 se 10 toley tak alal subha 2, 3 pao pani mein bhigo kar din mein 3 ya 4 dafa mul kar chaan kar meetha ya namak mila kar peene se mamooli bemariyan to pehle roz aur tez qisam 2, 4 roz ke istemal se is kam qeemat dawa aur ghiza ke istemal se raffu chakkar ho jati hain. Vitamins B 12 aur vitamin C ke injections aur capsule khane wale patients ko aloo Bukhara fresh aur dry jo bhi muyassar ho sake. Khane ka mashwara deta hon aur saste damon sehatyaab hota dekhta hon.
