Pedicure is an exercise of foots. We go to the beauty parlor or beauty salon for pedicure exercise, but we can do pedicure exercise at home. In pedicure we can do clean and fine our nails, toes, fingers, ankles and heels. We can do pedicure with simple shampoo, cleansing cream or lotion. Sehan mein beth kar sabzi kaat li jae ya silaai aise room mein kar li jae, jahan dhoop wafer miqdar mein dastiyan ho, ta ke vitamin D qudrati shakal mein mil saken. Bahar nikalte waqt sun screen jism ke har khule hisse par lagana zaroori hota hai. Khuwa aap ke pao bhi socks se dhake hue nah on.
