Ubtan for Skin Cleansing :


Jasmine petals ( Chambeli ki kalliyan )  -  1 cup

Gram Flour ( Besan )  -  1 cup

Turmeric Powder ( Haldi )  -  2 spoon

Cinnamon Stick ( Daar chini powder )  -  1 spoon

 

Direction In Urdu: 1 barhe bowl mein is mixture se kuch miqdar len aur is mein lemon juice mila kar face par lagae. Kuch dair bad raghar kar utaar len. Kuch he dino mein color saaf ho jaega.

 

Face Ke Daagh Dhabbe Door Karne Ke Liye :

 

•    Besan mein doodh mila kar raat ko face par lagae aur massage karte hue utaar len.

 

•    Lemon peel grind kar ke besan mein mila kar is mein thora sa doodh shamil Karen aur face par is paste ko lagae aur khushk hone par utaar len.

 

•    Kache doodh ki balaai mein chand drops lemon juice mila kar lagae aur face ka massage karen.

 

•    Andey ki safaidi, honey aur lemon juice mila laen aur is mask ko apne face par lagae. Musalsal istemal se daagh dhabbey door ho jaenge.

 

•    Mutawazin ghiza aur sabziyon ka istemal Karen. Pani ziyada miqdar mein piyen. Bohat ziyada chiknaai, masalhdar aur muraghan ghizaon se parhez karen.
