Garmi ki wajah se sir chakrae ya aankhon tale andhera chaa jae to khushk dhania 6 masha aur choti ilaichi 5 adad ko koot kar raat ko pani mein bhigo den. Subha nithaar kar misri se meetha kar ke piyen. 3 roz peene se shikayat door ho jaegi.

 

Khushk dhania 3 masha ka sheera nikaal kar sharbat banafsha se sheeren kar ke din  mein 2, 3 dafa pilae. Sir mein chakkar aana. Aankhon kea age andhera aane ke liye bohat mufeed hai.

 

Khushk dhania ko kob kar ke potli mein baandh len, bar bar soonghen, is se cheinken band ho jaegi. Sabz dhania ka pani le kar mareez ko songhae, nez sabz patte bareek pees kar peshani par laip karen. Is se nakseer ka jari khoon band ho jaega.
