Bitter Gourd is a green vegetable. It has bitter in taste. Bitter gourd is very useful vegetable for us. It cultivated in the areas of Asian, African and Rome and it is also cultivated in Pakistan and Hindustan. The yellow flowers, leaves and roots are used for the medicines in ayurvedic and medicated things. We can cook it in different style. We can cook it with mince and pulse. It is very healthy vegetable for our health. We can store in refrigerator also for some days. Bitter gourd has vitamins, minerals, calcium, potassium, copper, foliate, magnesium, manganese, Pantothenic acid, phosphorus, protein, selenium, sodium, iron, fiber and zinc. It removes the problems of piles, jaundice, urine, asthma, liver, and blood and eye diseases. It helps in constipation problem. Bitter gourd controls the diabetes. Bitter gourd yani karela aik bail ka phal hai, jo garam, neem garam, Asian, African aur Bahria Rome ke areas mein paida hota hai. Pakistan aur Hindustan mein bhi kaasht kiya jata hai. Yeh aik karhwi sabzi hai. Bahar se khurdura hota hai. Yeh bataur tarkari khaya jata hai. Karela na sirf aik mufeed tarkari hai, bal ke is ke peele phool, patte aur root Ayurvedic aur tibb yunani mein medicines banane ke liye bhi istemal hote hain.

 

Bitter gourd pakane se pehle in ki karwahat door ki jati hai. Yeh kae tariqon se pakaya jata hai.
